Four steps to a finished slab
Every jobsite on this page follows the same four steps. Here is what each one looks like.
01
Barrier and steel
The vapor barrier is down and the steel is set. The grid lines are the beam trenches.
02
Pour day
The pump truck places concrete while finishers work the slab to grade.
03
Finished slab
Forms still on, surface finished, plumbing stubs coming up through the slab.
04
Ready to frame
Once the slab cures, the lot is handed back and framing goes up.
