Barrier and steel
The vapor barrier is down and the steel is set. The grid lines are the beam trenches.

Lexus Concrete LLC
Recent residential slab and flatwork, sorted by area and by each step of the job.
This part of Montgomery County shows the whole slab from start to finish: barrier and steel set, pour day, finished slabs, and lots ready for framing.
Every jobsite on this page follows the same four steps. Here is what each one looks like.

The vapor barrier is down and the steel is set. The grid lines are the beam trenches.

The pump truck places concrete while finishers work the slab to grade.

Forms still on, surface finished, plumbing stubs coming up through the slab.

Once the slab cures, the lot is handed back and framing goes up.

These are the jobsites we have photos from, not the full list. Lexus Concrete has poured in many more neighborhoods across Greater Houston and Dallas / Fort Worth. Pins mark the general area, not a street address. A few small dots on the map mark other areas we've worked in.
Send the lot count, the schedule and the scope. We will come back with a real bid.
